At HATT et SÖNER we seek to preserve the purest possible expression of nature. We embrace manual labor and do not use preventive methods to combat diseases in the vineyards. Instead we work to preserve a flourishing and diverse ecosystem which we nurture carefully and treat only when absolutely necessary. 

We believe that supporting non-profit making organizations and the individuals who work tirelessly to make a difference in the world we live in is not only essential, it is our responsibility. When we officially launched the concept of Personal Vintage in 2013 we saw this as not only as a unique opportunity for our clients to make a change in Champagne but also to make an impact on a global scale for the good of all. Over the years we have collaborated with some of the world’s most dedicated charities to create an initiative that has become humbling and inspiring to us as individuals but perhaps even more importantly, has also become significant to our entire organization as a whole.
